Cancellation and No-Show Policy:
Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time or missed without prior notice will incur a charge of 50% of the service fee. For appointments made within 24 hours of the scheduled time, cancellations or modifications must be made at least 4 hours in advance to avoid a 50% charge.
Group bookings for four or more individuals require a 48-hour notice. For any guest who fails to show up without the appropriate notice, a 50% charge of the booked service amount will be applied to the card used for the reservation.
Please note that if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed within the remaining appointment time. We will make every effort to reschedule promptly. If we do not receive communication from you within 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, it will be considered a "No-Show," and your card will be charged 50% of the service fee.
Refund Policy:
We take great pride in the quality of our services and do not offer refunds for salon services. However, if you have any concerns regarding your service, please contact the salon within three days of your appointment. If you are dissatisfied with the outcome, we request that you return to the salon for a visual inspection of the service performed. We will then make every effort to address your concerns by offering a complimentary adjustment appointment with the same stylist, at no additional cost to you.
Products are eligible for a refund within 15 days of purchase, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. If the product has been opened or used, you may exchange it for an item of equal or lesser value. Refunds will only be processed with a valid receipt.
